Architectural drawings and plans

Here are a few images that my architect has graciously allowed me to share.  The first two are representations of the street view of the house after phase 1 and after phase 2.  (Phase 2 is the reconstruction of the original front porch along with a stone walkway and stairs to the street.)
Additionally, some might like to see what the layout of the basement is going to be.  Note that, because we are doing a 9' foundation pour, and the existing basement height is only around 7'2", the stairs had to be creatively maneuvered.  There is a landing followed by two sets of two stairs.  This is so we can avoid moving the furnace and water heater.  The thing that appears to be sticking out of the bay window is actually a window well that surrounds the required egress window, since that room is to be Alex's bedroom.  The door to the outside is still in the same spot relative to the outside surroundings, and it will open onto some concrete stairs (similar to now) which will come up from underneath the back porch.  The floor of the back porch is going to be rebuilt out of wood instead of the existing concrete slabs.
