This just in! Hot off the presses!

Today Wolfe arrived around noon with the smaller beams and got to work!  By 7pm, they had positioned all the structural steel:  two large beams running east/west, and nine smaller beams running north/south.  They told me that they will be using the jack system to lift the house off its foundation TOMORROW MORNING!  So, Tuesday sometime before noon, we should see the house lifted.  This is to allow easier access for the bobcats to excavate the foundation.  All day tomorrow will be excavation and hauling.  He now says that if everything goes well, they might be doing the rotation Wednesday at the end of the day.  Thursday is still a good possibility too, depending on how things go.  He should be able to tell me by tomorrow at the end of the day whether the rotation will be Wednesday or not.  I will update the blog as soon as I get the info!

I have more photos, but I am at the public library and can't upload them from my camera's SD card here.  I'll put them up tomorrow morning when I get to work.
